1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Social Media Manager ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not

use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Social Media Manager is an automated social media management platform that uses AI to generate and schedule content for Instagram,

Twitter/X, and TikTok. The Service uses OpenAI for content generation and Meta's Instagram Graph API for publishing.

3. Account Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account

• Have a Facebook Page linked to your Instagram account

• Provide accurate registration information

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Platform Connection Requirements

For Instagram:

• You must have an Instagram Business or Creator account (personal accounts are not supported)

• Your Instagram account must be connected to a Facebook Page

• You must authorize our app through Facebook Login

• You are responsible for maintaining valid access tokens
